Terms of Service

1. Nature of the Service

EuroText is a third-party client designed to visualize public teletext signals. We do not own, host, or control the content displayed. All information is property of the respective broadcasters (RAI, ARD, ORF, SVT, etc.).

2. Purchases & Refunds

EuroText is distributed via the Apple App Store. All financial transactions and licenses are handled by Apple. Refunds and cancellations are subject to Apple's standard Terms and Conditions and applicable local consumer laws. While we cannot issue refunds directly, we advise checking Apple's refund policies if you are dissatisfied.

3. Service Availability & Third-Party Reliance

The functionality of EuroText is strictly dependent on the availability of the third-party teletext services. We are not responsible if a provider (e.g., RAI, ARD) modifies, restricts, or shuts down their teletext service. In such cases, parts of the app or the entire app may stop working. This does not entitle you to a refund.

4. Termination of Support

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the application or its support at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability. Features may be added or removed at our discretion.

5. "As Is" Disclaimer

The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
